We faced issues with the air conditioning, which leaked and caused flooding in our room. Despite reporting it several times, it remained unaddressed, making our stay uncomfortable. The noise from the dripping water kept us awake at night, which was quite frustrating.

It was just a fine choice for a day tour in Benidorm with very good value for money. The pool area had a nice vibe and was a great place to unwind after a long day exploring. Try to check for any pool maintenance schedules before you go.

The Standard Double Room was pretty decent. It was basic but clean and looked smart. The bathroom was really nice, and the daily cleaning service kept everything fresh. I loved the wide, bright corridors leading to the room. The balcony was a cool addition, although I couldn’t figure out the light switch. comfy enough for a short stay, with air con that actually works.
